Fatum SG *licks fingers ..... I marinated a whole rack of ribs in shoyu and sugar overnight .... and baked it this evening ..... the meat just melted in my mouth ....... *swoon .......

elindra SG Did you just slow bake it in the oven or did you steam it first? I know resturants do the short cut method by steaming first One such culprit is Cafe Cartel
